Key responsibilities:

• Ensure uninterrupted parking operations by maintaining efficient and smooth service delivery
• Coordinate parking operations with other departments to support the overall improvement of the company’s performance
• Solving technical problems together with engineering services
• Contracting process conduction with current and future tenants
• Working with suppliers of services and goods

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in business administration, management, project management)
• 5 or more years of experience in a managing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• fluent English, knowledge of Turkish is desired (not a requirement)
• Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
• Leadership skills

• Working hours from 8.00 to 17.00, lunch break from 12.00 to 13.00
