Key Responsibilities

Purpose:
Create unconventional public experiences and content that generate attention and curiosity around SHNAIDER New York brand.

Mission:
Create moments people want to film.

Requirements:
The work must express the brand identity.

The brand is:

SHNAIDER stands at the intersection of technology, art and fashion, inspired by New York’s culture of experimentation and innovation.

So guerrilla ideas must feel:
- smart
- unexpected
- modern
- aesthetic
Not cheap tricks.

Primary KPI:
- Organic reach / impressions
Secondary KPIs:
- saves
- shares
- follows
- mentions
- UGC created by strangers
Important signal:
Did strangers repost it?

Weekly structure:
Monday
- Creative planning call
- Ideas and experiments
During week
- Team executes
Friday
Review:
- impressions
- learnings
- what worked / failed

Rules:
1. Must visually fit SHNAIDER aesthetic.
2. Must create curiosity.
3. Must be filmable.
4. Must be safe / legal.
5. Must cost under $X.

Brand tone is Quiet Power:
Which means guerrilla should feel:
- intelligent
- elegant
- mysterious
Not loud or gimmicky.

SHNAIDER communicates short, confident, minimalist expressions rather than loud promotional messaging.
So guerrilla should be:
beautiful curiosity, not street chaos.

Requirements

Experience: A bonus, not required.
Education: Optional
Languages: English - At least Basic
Russian - Fluent
Skills:
- Social Media Savvy: Knowledge of platform-specific content requirements and audience expectations.
- Creativity and Vision: A strong creative eye with the ability to tell stories visually, using unique angles, compositions, and transitions to keep the audience engaged.
- Attention to Detail: Commitment to ensuring every piece of art and content aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and values, from color schemes to composition and messaging.
- Bonus: Video Production Skills: Some proficiency in video production, including filming, lighting, editing, and sound, with the ability to work independently on high-quality content.
Portfolio: Demonstrate creativity and execution by coming up with ideas or showing past experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Passion for art, Jewelry and Fashion: Enthusiasm for jewelry and fashion trends, with an ability to translate that passion into visually appealing and brand-aligned art.
