We're Hiring: Graphic/Communication Designer
Location: Remote

Reports to: Creative Video Lead

The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic or Communication Designer who’s more than “just a designer.” You’ll create bold, performance-driven visuals across multiple channels, support brand development, and bring ideas to life — fast.

You're someone who:
- Thinks in campaigns, not just individual visuals
- Knows how to grab attention in a 3-second scroll
- Balances creative flair with clean, functional design
- Uses AI tools to work smarter and faster

Responsibilities
✅ Create performance creatives for Meta Ads & Google Ads
✅ Design social media assets — Stories, posts, covers for Reels/Shorts
✅ Design and format email campaigns, infographics, and landing page visuals
✅ Prepare assets for on occasion)
✅ Adapt layouts quickly to multiple formats and languages
✅ Maintain brand consistency and templates in Figma
✅ Use AI tools to generate imagery and animation concepts
✅ Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams

What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2–5+ years of experience in graphic or communication design
✔️ Strong understanding of layout, composition, color, and typography
✔️ Confident in Figma and Adobe Suite
✔️ A sharp eye for style — you know how to create bold, edgy visuals without losing brand coherence
✔️ Ability to handle fast-paced creative production
✔️ Experience in adapting global campaigns to multiple regions and formats
✔️ Curiosity and comfort using AI tools for design/animation tasks

⭐️ Must-Have Skills
Motion design in After Effects (or other tools)
Basic 3D (Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar)
Experience in high-growth B2C brands or performance marketing

Languages
Russian: Native speaker / C2
English: Professional Working Proficiency
