Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Preparation and processing of expense reports for 2024, 2025, and 2026.
• Verification of the correctness of expense report documentation in accordance with current legislation and internal company regulations.
• Control of the availability and completeness of supporting documents for 2025 and 2026 (receipts, invoices, delivery notes, acts, etc.).
• Systematization and archiving of accounting documents.
• Participation in data reconciliation and preparation of reports.
• Interaction with employees regarding submission of supporting documents.

Candidate requirements:

• Student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Basic English level (reading and understanding simple documents).
• Russian language – fluent.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Additional preferences:

• Willingness to learn and develop in accounting and finance.
• Ability to work with large volumes of documents.
• Responsible and organized approach to work.
• Good communication skills.
