Finance controller (Pharmaceutical)

Itnernational pharmaceutical Company is looking fro Finance controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Monitor budget execution and perform variance analysis with actionable insights.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for leadership and investors.

• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), perform profitability and cost analysis.

• Lead financial risk assessments and cash flow forecasting.

• Partner with leadership to support pricing strategy, investment planning, and resource allocation.

• Improve and streamline financial processes and reporting systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools).

• Support preparation of external financial reports (collaborating with external accountants if needed).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• At least 3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), controlling, or finance business partnering.

• Experience in a small or mid-sized company.

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Navision) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently and directly with executive-level stakeholders.
