Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance and Accounting Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic financial environment, contributing to essential accounting and financial operations.

• Assist in handling primary accounting documentation (scanning, organizing, and submission).
• Support accurate entry of accounting data in 1C under supervision.
• Help maintain the contract register by updating relevant records.
• Assist in collecting and reviewing documentation for expense reports.
• Participate in semi-annual fixed assets checks.
• Support the preparation of write-off orders and assist in reconciliation in 1C.
• Help prepare and manage trade point and vendor-related documentation.
• Assist in SAP vendor registration processes.
• Support in the issuance and tracking of Power of Attorney for product receipt.
• Help maintain the register of electronic invoices.
• Assist in verifying e-invoices against primary documents.
• Support scanning and organizing import declarations and related documents.
• Support monthly/quarterly financial closings in SAP and 1C.
• Assist with the preparation of reconciliation acts and review of acceptance documents.
• Participate in developing internal SOPs as needed.
• Help track signing and return of key documents.
• Assist in organizing and archiving accounting records properly.

Candidate requirements:

• Current student in their final years or a graduate of higher education institutions (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial documentation, acquired through a university program.

• Attention to detail and accuracy when working with documents.

• Organization and the ability to work with a large volume of data.

• Willingness to learn and apply theoretical knowledge in practice.

• Skills in working with 1C and SAP (if studied at university, or willingness to be trained).

• English language level at B1 (Intermediate) level.
