Finance analyst (Pharmaceutical Company)

International pharmaceutical Company is looking for Finance analyst

Responsibilities

• Operational work related to sales: processing data in systems, reserve accruals, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Direct involvement in the period and year-end closing process; data loading into systems, reconciliation between systems.
• Participation in budget planning: data collection, preparation of templates if needed, maintaining the working file, and loading data into the budgeting system.
• Participation in audits and assisting in gathering information for them.
• Preparation of various standard and ad-hoc reports for the business and finance departments.

Requirements

• Higher education (Accounting, Economics, Finance)
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance (FP&A, Controlling) or Big4 (S1, S2)
• Knowledge of accounting is an advantage
• Advanced user of MS Excel (data arrays, formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
• Experience with 1C (ERP, Accounting) is preferred, or experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision)
