Facilities and Technical Operations Manager (Leasing)

International leasing company from France. Position includ many busines trips in Kazakhstan.

- Define the technical policy and directions of technical development of the company in the conditions of market economy, ways of reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the existing production sites.

-Visiting remote sites, identifying customer needs, preparing proposals for the maintenance and supervision of the implementation at the sites.

-Preparation of design documents for construction and maintenance, including drawings, equipment lists, including estimates, power generation, HVAC, water treatment, wastewater treatment, kitchen equipment;

- Ensure promptness of design solutions, timely and quality preparation of production, technical operation, repair and modernisation of equipment;

- Provide technical guidance to keep the trade focused and motivated on existing sites operated by the company;

- Supervise the development of long-term and medium-term business plans for the renovation and modernisation of production sites, preventing the damaging effects of production on the environment, ensuring the efficient use of natural resources, promoting safe working conditions and improving technical culture;

- Determine contractual requirements and discuss with management to prepare plans for management; assist in the creation of regular maintenance schedules;

-Determine, prepare and follow yearly, quarterly and monthly budgets related to facility management and Technical Operations of the company in all its contracts with its clients;

-Ensure design work is carried out in accordance with plans/drawings and local codes;

-Maintain regular business trips, site visits and project performance evaluations on the company’s contractual sites and evaluate the local team performance!

-Attend Performance reviews and tech-nical meetings with the clients, provide explanatory notes and reports and ne-gotiate contractual scope in the favor of company when and as needed;

-Supervise the obtaining of building permits and liaise directly with relevant government agencies and departments as required;

- Ensure timely preparation of technical documentation (drawings, specifications, technical conditions, flow charts);

- Liaise with the purchasing department to ensure that the correct materials and quantities are received, including tracking the status of orders and confirming that materials have been delivered correctly;

- Assist other departments (Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse, IT, Kitchen, etc.) in completing necessary internal new projects or maintenance;

- Assist in new projects site visits, evaluations, budgeting jointly with commercial team;

- Ensures that all projects are completed and operated in accordance with country and company safety rules and policies;

- Provide daily and weekly status updates, including any issues that interfere with operations, safety, environment and standards;

- Identify and justify required training for trades; and ensure that training requests are completed and scheduled;

- Coordinate all purchasing requests related to maintenance and approve correct material specifications;

- Verify proper functioning and updаtеCMMS in a timely manner when necessary;

- Ensure the necessary level of technical competence, increase productivity, reduce costs (material, financial, labour), efficient use of production resources, high quality and competitiveness of the work or services.

- Business trips – min 2 times a month

- Reports to Operations Manager (expat)
