KIMEP, Division of Student Affairs is looking for applicants for the following position:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Division: Student Affairs

College: Department of Student Affairs

Position reports to: Dean of Student Affairs

Job purpose summary: Assist Dean's office on a daily basis

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive student requests and process it;
• Provide students with necessary information;
• Collaborate with KIMEP University structural units to request/provide Student Affairs related information;
• Manage, organize and updаtеDeans Calendar;
• Arrange meetings with staff, students, parents as requested;
• Serve as a translator as needed;
• Type and word-process various business documents;
• Translate documents as necessary;
• Maintain information files;
• Assist with project management and coordination of special initiatives led by the Dean's Office;
• Assist with the preparation for Student Affairs events such as the Freshmen Orientation, Freshmen Convocation, Nauryz etc.
• Distribute meeting agendas and support documents to for various meetings sponsored by the Dean’s Office;
• Take meeting minutes as instructed by the Dean;
• Maintain records of meeting minutes for all SA committees;
• Order stationary, equipment and etc. for Student Affairs division;
• Arrange meetings with KSA as requested;
• Other activities as may be assigned by the Dean.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree; positive, cordial, diplomacy attitude; fluent English, Russian and Kazakh; typing skills - excellent; operational computer skills - MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, with 2 years of administrative experience.
