We’re Hiring: Event & Email Marketing Manager
Location: Almaty

GRATA International, a leading international law firm operating in 20+ countries, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event & Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Events (Online & Offline):

• Plan, organize, and execute webinars, seminars, conferences, and client events across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with partners and local teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Track event ROI and prepare post-event reports and insights.

Email Marketing:

• Develop and manage the Firm's email marketing strategy and campaigns
• Write and edit engaging newsletters, client alerts, and event invitations.
• Segment and maintain mailing lists in compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
• Monitor performance and optimize email campaigns based on analytics.

General Marketing:

• Work closely with legal professionals to promote practice areas and jurisdictions.
• Support content distribution through appropriate channels to increase visibility.
• Assist in maintaining consistent brand messaging across campaigns.

We Expect:

• 3+ years of experience in event and/or email marketing (preferably in professional services or B2B).
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is a plus.
