Entry level - Junior Specialist – Risk Management Department (Fluent in Chinese and English)

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Specialist for our Risk Management Department. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, demonstrating strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of risk management principles. This role is critical in supporting the Risk Management Department’s efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Assessment and Analysis:

  • Assist in conducting comprehensive risk assessments for various business units.
  • Analyze risk data and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making processes.

• Risk Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor risk indicators and prepare regular risk reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date risk management documentation.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local and international risk management regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and submissions.

• Support and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with different departments to gather and analyze risk-related information.
  • Provide support in the implementation of risk management policies and procedures.

• Communication and Training:

  • Facilitate effective communication within the department and across the organization regarding risk management practices.
  • Assist in conducting training sessions for staff on risk management policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Languages:
  • Fluency in Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Experience:
  • Experience in risk management, finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with risk management tools and software is an advantage.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
