Homeroom Teacher at Galaxy International School

Galaxy International School is seeking a dedicated Homeroom Teacher to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team. Our language of instruction is English, and each class comprises no more than 20 students. The homeroom teacher will be responsible for managing one class.

Key Responsibilities

As a Homeroom Teacher, your daily tasks will include:

• Welcoming students at the beginning of the day and seeing them off after classes.
• Attending classes with your assigned students and acting as their homeroom teacher.
• Maintaining student documentation and records.
• Establishing communication with parents and attending parent-teacher meetings.
• Supporting students in their academic progress and participation in school life.
• Conducting homeroom sessions and fostering positive class dynamics.
• Actively participating in school events and activities.

What We Offer

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturdays are working days only when special events (e.g., parent meetings, training sessions, activities) are scheduled. Additional vacation days are provided during school breaks.
• Lunch: Provided by the school at no cost.
• Salary: Officially paid through Halk Bank.
• Annual Leave: 56 paid vacation days.
• Official Role: Your position will be officially designated as an "English Teacher."
