Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Specialist will develop and maintain strong relationships with key online partners and retailers, crafting and implementing sales strategies to increase sales
• This role involves researching and integrating innovative technologies, including AI, to enhance online sales channels by personalizing offers, analyzing consumer data, and forecasting sales trends
• Strategic planning and analysis are central to this role, involving assessment of market conditions, competitors, and trends within plumbing and water systems to grow market share, improve user experience, and optimize pricing
• Product portfolio management includes monitoring and analyzing sales in different product categories and collaborating with suppliers to expand product range and introduce new items
• Specialist will coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions to boost product visibility and sales in online channels, working with marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials
• Reporting and analytics include preparing regular sales reports, tracking KPIs, and assessing strategy effectiveness
• Specialist will also input and process data in CRM systems, including Salesforce, to generate insights and identify operational improvement opportunities
• Additionally, Specialist will support digital transformation efforts by sharing knowledge within CA/CAU team
