Обязанности:- Build complete installer distribution partner system, sort out partner classification layout, and form standardized installer distribution partner resource map.
- Develop new potential installer distribution partners independently, conduct business negotiation and signing to expand channel coverage.
- Regularly visit partners offline, provide product, solution and sales training to empower their business capacity.
- Manage full lifecycle of project opportunities from installer distribution partners, identify project bottlenecks, coordinate internal resources to guarantee project delivery and target achievement.
- Collect all types of problems and demands raised by installer distribution partners, follow up cross-department solutions and realize full closed-loop management of issues.
- Minimum 1–3 years working experience in channel sales, partner operation or installer distribution customer development, focus on SME & SMB market.
- Familiar with the operation mode of installers, have experience in channel development, understand the local market
- Proven track record of independently developing new channel customers and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships.
- Experience in holding partner training, business salon or offline empowerment activities is preferred.
- Have complete end-to-end project follow-up experience, capable of coordinating multi-team resources to push project landing.

- Business Development Competency: Strong market insight, active in tapping new installer distribution partner resources, with outstanding negotiation closing ability.
- Partner Empowerment Competency: Good presentation training skills, able to output targeted sales and technical support for installer distribution partners.
- Project Operation Competency: Logical thinking to sort out project risks and bottlenecks, strong cross-department coordination capability.
- Problem-solving Competency: Sensitive to channel pain points of installers and distributors, patient in tracking issue progress and driving closed-loop optimization.
- Result Pressure Resistance: Clear target orientation, able to work under sales pressure and adapt to frequent customer field visits.
- Communication Service Awareness: Good at long-term installer distribution partner relationship maintenance, high service awareness for channel partners.
- Have basic Datacom + IT knowledge.
- Language skills: Russian and English can be used as working languages, it will be better if can speak Kazakh.
