Dear all, an international cosmetics (luxe) company is looking for a Digital Specialist, location Almaty

CIS MARKET SUBSIDIARY

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

MEDIA & DIGITAL

• Management, translation and localization of the global website to ensure brand consistency
• Authorization, management and support of the brand page on the partners’ websites
• Support of digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Support with digital marketing tasks as requested

CRM

• Enrollment users in the system
• Structural distribution of users
• Uploading and downloading data from the systems for further processing
• Regular user support (both by e-mail and phone)
• Supporting the stability of the systems
• Locating and correcting errors in data and systems
• Creating and maintaining instructions for users up to date
• Taking part in conducting training sessions for users
• Providing copywriting and creative support for online materials
• Performing tasks associated with the development of the CRM system:

• collecting requirements and writing technical requirements for the development of new functionality
• participating in the testing of new functionality and updated CRM systems versions

DIGITAL LEARNING

• Technical support of internal digital learning platform

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

• 3+ years of professional experience in Digital in an international company
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and Forms
• Expertise in digital tools, including photo and video editing
• Being an expert in the digital environment
• Energetic, creative, positive, can-do attitude
