Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vacancy of Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the process of formulation of the companies & brands digital strategies to build lasting connections with consumers both online and offline.
• Experience in optimizing deployment of communication channels within a single media mix: Media when available (TV, OOH, Press, Radio, etc.), Digital, social media, CRM, other – in terms of placement effectiveness and efficiency and production cost optimizing.
• Ability to interpret data and decision making based on inputs;
• Leads planning, budgeting and partner selection processes in accordance with internal policies. Monitor the implementation of brand budget in accordance with the marketing plan.
• Works with internal partners closely in developing the concepts, planning and budgeting of digital strategy and campaigns to activate digital projects;
• Ensures the alignment between internal partners and the agencies of the strategy development on digital. Enhances message adaptation to different media for any advertising campaign. Monitors & coordinates the digital content creation process.
• Initiates and runs jointly with research department regarding ways of communication with consumer and customer; incorporates findings in annual plans. Acquires insights in online marketing trends and keeps strategies up to date.
• Audits digital strategy and executions.
• Defines key learnings and proposes ways forward to internal and external partners. Identifies opportunity areas and executes a game plan to improve the results.
• Assess developing platforms & competitive environment and provide structure & support in E-Commerce & delivery systems by providing adapted content and ensuring best asset management.
• Manages marketing team in direct subordination: team formation, goal setting and control, capabilities development and motivation.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing;
• Min 5 years experience on a similar position in multinational digitally active company or at least 2 years experience in working with big clients in a media agency with direct involvement in operation, planning and negotiation;
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, analytics tools, and marketing technologiesand best practices;
• Content creation skills;
• Experience in Digital resources and communities development;
• Experienced at developing and implementing effective strategies for marketing and promotion plans;
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Russian & English;
• Experience in PR is a plus;
• Highly proficient user of Excel and PowerPoint programs and Internet;
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
