Job Responsibilities

• Full oversight of local accounting in accordance with statutory requirements and IFRS mapping

• Preparation, calculation, and submission of tax returns: 300.00, 200.00, 101.04, 870.00

• Month-end closing activities, reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, and capitalizations

• Preparation and submission of tax filings in coordination with outsourced tax advisors

• Ensuring accuracy of postings and proper supporting documentation

• Supervision and review of junior accountants’ work

• Support and processing of intercompany (ICP) invoicing

Required Qualifications

• Higher education in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and tax

• Knowledge of IFRS and Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

• English – Intermediate or higher

• Proficient user of 1C
