Deputy Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Full accounting and tax reporting in compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

• Oversee the accuracy of all accounting operations, with a focus on taxation

• Timely preparation and submission of financial, tax, and statistical reports

• Act as a liaison with government authorities, including audits and inspections

• Participate in process automation and internal control enhancements

• Ensure the completeness and reliability of financial data for management and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Higher education in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

• Proven experience as Deputy Chief Accountant or Senior Accountant in a large organization

• Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan’s tax and accounting regulations

• Proficiency in SAP (preferred)

• Advanced level of English (Upper-Intermediate and above)
