Обязанности:

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and other periodic reports, as well as other one-off reports on demand

• Perform ad hoc reports and provide analysis support as needed

• Develop analysis and presentations for senior management

• Analyze current business performance and make recommendations for improvement

• Provide accurate reporting and analysis of performance against historical data and budget to facilitate decision-making

• Support DC management, legal management, and financial management-related issues

• Support the development and implementation of different projects in the collection area

• Put forward proposals for necessary actions to improve the company’s financial and/or other indexes

• Develop and monitor collection KPIs (Recovery Rate, PTP and KeptPTP, Gross Efficiency, etc.)

Требования:

• Higher education: Economics, Social sciences, Computer sciences
• Required fluent English. Desirable Russian and Latvian
• SQL: Any dialects (MySQL, PgSQL, MsSQL)
• Problem solving, critical thinking. Competence in cognitive biases and logical fallacies
• Python. Data analysis, pandas, numpy, scipy, statsmodels, seaborn, matplotlib etc.
