How You Will Make an Impact:

• Take part in sell-out platform roadmap preparation
• Prepare the best customer journey taking into account Hybris, legal and partner's limitations
• Provide requirements to UX/UI designers for preparing mockups and prototypes
• Write technical requirements to developers
• Communicate with developers to explain the requirements, incl FAQ sessions
• Active negotiations with vendors for API integration and Samsung developers (Spoke/HUB) and other issues regarding customer journey
• Active negotiations with other departments to receive confirmation for customer journey
• To add the requirements to legal contract with vendors from the tech processes side
• Add JIRA enhancement JIRA tickets with business justification and ROI calculation
• Communicate with GMC and AI team to include the ENH tickets to roadmap
• Make sign-off after testing finished successfully
• Make correct prioritization of all JIRA tickets
• Improve all eStore processes, especially for automation and reducing manual work
• Control QA testing and check QA reports, acceptance criteria, sign-off test cases for QA
• Texts for interfaces with translations
• Update and monitor daily all ENH tickets
• Negotiations with admin team for project processes and contract
• Negotiations with partner, preparation of needed documentations
• Organizing daily and weekly meetings with partner and other departments
• Preparation of status and daily progress tracking
• Making corrections and updates to necessary documents in case of project changes
• Preparing necessary materials for project description
