We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist (lead qualification) to join our team. This role is essential in establishing initial contact with potential clients, assessing their needs, and directing them to the appropriate sales team members. Employment Type:

• Full-time, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, New York time.

• Remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial contact and respond to incoming inquiries from potential customers.

• Qualify leads by assessing customer needs, project requirements, and budget.

• Provide basic product information and initial consultation to prospects.

• Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in HubSpot.

• Communicate effectively with both B2B and B2C clients via phone, email, and chat.

• Ensure a positive customer experience by providing timely and professional responses.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in sales, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.

• Ability to quickly assess customer needs and qualify leads.

• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and communication tools.

• Fluent in English.
