How You Will Make an Impact:
- Prompt user support according to SLA, operating like 1st line of support
- Processing СС requests, detractors' comments, VOC comments, internal inquiries, SMM comments
- Resolving and troubleshooting users' issues during shopping experience
- Communicate with verity points of business to solve the troubles like: CC, TKI, Brokerage, Banks, 3PD providers, LSP, e-store PM, Cheil, AEM
- Create tickets for resolving issues for: Hybris, AEM, Spoc, Cheil KZ/RU, Accenture, SDS, etc.
- Find to alternative solutions for order completion
- Directly or via CC can contact person to solve the issue, request screenshot, description and other additional user information
- Maintenance samsung.com and EPP platforms
- Participating in launches/preorder support
- QA, continue testing new and current features with test credentials
- Work with NPS and detractors case studies
- Preparing Helpdesk and performance reports
Your Background at a Glance:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or relevant experience)

Proven experience as a Help Desk Technician or other customer support role

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer-oriented mindset and patience
