• To provide an unbeatable customer service and internal sales support contributing to the achievement of business objectives.
• As team member, proactively manage all demand chain related tasks towards own customer portfolio, as well as taking part in work with enquiries, pricing etc, supporting the development of processes and people.
• To work independently, understand and act on the implications of his/her actions in a broader context, across functions and organizations and to run/participate in development projects.
• To support the Sales/ Account Team with contract preparations, sales history analysis.
• Regular updаtеof price matrixes and contracts via PMC table and maintain the pricing set up in COH. Investigate and resolve pricing deviations.
• To manage the order handling process from reception of the order to the delivery, assure cost-effective and smooth logistic flow.
• To manage service orders.
• To manage Post Sales Activities (claims, returns etc) including the implementation of corrective actions.
• To build and maintain strong relationships and high quality communication with internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Logistics Services, Sales/ Account Team, Finance, Marketing, IT support) to increase customer satisfaction and to raise exit barriers. To continuously updаtеand keep informed of key data in present CRM System
• Develop designed trainings and handouts for the customers to efficiently establish and maintain common working processes.
• Monitor customer payments, act on overdues, support the cash collection process.
• Drive digitalization and automation through e-business solutions within team and with customers.

• English level - upper intermediate
