Customer Relation Representative (Order Execution, Sales support)
Managing the direct day-to-day contact with our customers, developing and retaining customer contacts in order to build long-term profitable relationships, prepare proposals and handle the orders on timely manner.
Order Execution Department handles the customer orders to ensure optimal practices for all processes. Plans and supervises proposal handling and order execution activities in close cooperation with BSF (Business Support Function)
Develops and maintains relationships with assigned customer accounts
Your responsibilities
- Deal with the customer’s requests and provide feedback on time.
- Develops and maintains relationships with assigned customer accounts
- Prepare proposals to customers of a technical nature based on receipt of RFQ’s
- Ensure that proposals and order handling is fulfilling our customers’ expectations. (Response time/Quality/DIFOT)
- Place orders, receive and provide acknowledgements on time
- Handle claims, minimizing potential negative impact towards our customer while keep our direct cost at a minimum.
- Support the sales teams with sales and pricing history by mastering our BI tools (Business intelligence) or Proposal & Order tracking tool
- Following up with internal function throughout our supply chain to ensure that parts and service are delivered as promised.
- Check the order readiness on time, well in advance and provide an appropriate feedback to the supplier and the customer
- Ensure compliance with Export control regulations when dealing with embargo countries.
- Ensure compliance with Import control regulations.
- Collaborates closely with Product Managers and Service Specialists on technical questions during proposal and order execution.
- Attend problem solving meetings with the customers
- Collaborates with sales department on more technically complex RFQ’s to ensure technical information, products and pricing are appropriate and correct for customers needs
- Provide various intercompany reporting and customer reporting
- Follow-up on Overdue receivables
Skills required:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in the related area
- Knowledge of English, Russian language, knowledge of Kazakh language is preferable.
