Responsibilities:- Planning and delivering CRM strategies to increase online sales and retention across a company.
- Overseeing direct communication with customers through the CRM system.
- Mapping customer journeys by analyzing touchpoints along a pipeline and maximizing commercial opportunities with this information.
- Ensuring the CRM platform captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle.
- Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
- Analyzing, segmenting customer databases and maintaining lists of segmented customers.
- Identifying new leads and target audiences to optimize ROI.
- Developing strategies for testing all aspects of a CRM and making sure the most effective approach to customer relationships is always taken.
- Bringing departments together and maintaining high levels of cooperation between them.
- Knowing competitors and strategizing accordingly.
- Take under control open rate, click rate, revenue and other performance indicators.
- Attract and control new vendors & tools for better performance.
- Compare bases and performance within different tools & resources.
- Support e-commerce team and new product launches.
- Lead customer’s post purchasing experience.
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing / digital marketing / management / IT;
- Experience of working in digital marketing (3 years +);
- Data-driven and highly analytical;
- Experience with CRM, Content Management Systems.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics;
- Proficiency in graphic programs;
- Copywriting skills;
- Experience in launching and analyzing targeting tools;
- Experienced Excel user;
- Experienced Power Point user;
- Fluent English is a must;
- Knowledge’s of Russian or Kazakh would be an advantage.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills;
- Stress-resistance;
- Understanding of basic principles of working with digital tools and platforms;
- Strong communication skills;
- Experience of working with graphic tools and programs would be an advantage (not a must);
- IT background would be an advantage;
- Understanding of e-commerce market and trends;
- Content creation and management experience;
- Basic understanding of Big Data and bases management;
- Clear understanding of basic accounting and legal requirements in digital marketing;
- Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on whole web-site controlling.
