About the Position:

KT&G Global Kazakhstan is looking for a System Administrator to join our IT Team in Almaty, Kazakhstan.

What You’ll Do:

• MS365/Azure Management: Managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security.
• CRM Management: Administering and maintaining CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365), ensuring data integrity, customizing workflows, and integrating with other business applications.
• Hardware Device Management: Overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of system hardware, including servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Automation (Power Apps, Power Automate): Developing and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and MS365.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Optima).
• Experience in hardware and network management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
