Credit analyst to Corporate Banking Department

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• 1–3 years of experience in credit analysis, corporate banking, risk management or financial analysis.

• Strong understanding of financial statements (IFRS), cash-flow analysis, and key credit metrics.

• Experience in preparing credit proposals, risk assessments and borrower due diligence.

• Knowledge of banking regulations of Kazakhstan (NBK, ARDFM) and corporate lending practices.

• Ability to analyze industry risks, collateral structures, and repayment capacity.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, ratio analysis and forecasting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with banking systems is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian (Kazakh is a plus).

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of responsibility, integrity and teamwork orientation.
