BAT Kazakhstan is looking for Corporate Legal Advisor

Job duties:

• To provide support to Corporate Counsel in advising on business law issues and managing the legal issues of central functions of the company;
• To ensure compliance with the internal controls, procedures and other formalities;
• To draft legal documents such as contracts, policies, agreements etc.;
• To provide support to Corporate Counsel in handling state inspections, litigation;
• To keep up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function;
• To provide support to Corporate Counsel in projects;
• Other corporate functions supportive duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Law
• At least 3 years of working experience in a corporate environment
• Experience in working on corporate governance issues
• Good communication skills both in written and verbal forms
• Fluent knowledge of Russian and English is must.

Please note: Outsource and temporary position (for 1 year)
