Responsibilities in General- − Ensure compliance with Company Quality Policy and internal procedures. Pre-Award Phase
− Review Client contract conditions, ITB documents and commercial requirements.
− Identify contractual, legal, tax, and commercial risks and propose mitigation measures.
− Support preparation of bid qualifications and contractual deviations.
− Coordinate preparation and issuance of ITB packages to subcontractors.
− Manage bidder clarifications and support bid evaluation (commercial/contractual).
− Support negotiation and preparation of subcontract agreements. Post-Award Contract Administration
− Administer assigned contracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations with Client and subcontractors.
− Support contract kick-off and alignment with project team.
− Manage contractual correspondence with Client and subcontractors.
− Draft and manage contract amendments and variations.
− Support Change Order process (identification, evaluation, documentation).
− Assist in claims management and dispute avoidance activities.
− Support contract close-out and Lessons Learned collection.
Contract Governance & Compliance
− Ensure contracts comply with company standards and approved templates.
− Maintain contract documentation (digital and physical records).
− Monitor contractual milestones, obligations and key dates.
− Identify contractual risks and escalate when necessary.
− Familiar with all phases of EPC Contracts.
− Attention to detail and organizational skills
− Time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities
− Understanding of contract law and vendor compliance standards
Interfaces & Coordination
− Liaise with Procurement, Legal, Finance and Engineering teams.
− Support alignment of contract execution with project requirements.
− Provide contractual clarifications to internal stakeholders.

Education:
− Bachelor/master's degree in finance or technical is minimum requirement.
− Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
− Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
− Knowledge of procurement best practices and market research techniques.
− Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
− Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
− Experience working directly with main clients is preferred.Language skills: English and Russian are mandatory. Kazakh is advantageous
