We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Contract Commerce and Fulfilment Manager (CCFM). This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Chinese, eager to develop their skills, and ready to contribute to our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage contract commerce and fulfillment activities.

• Review, process, and track contract documentation.

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of contractual obligations.

• Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and vendors to address queries and ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to contracts and fulfillment processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and address operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

• Major: International trade, finance preferred

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes.

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
