- Duties and responsibilities
Promotion Strategy & Planning
- Plan and make promotion policies and strategies
- Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development
- Stay informed on market trends, changes that affect planning
- Maintain portfolios of marketing campaigns, strategies, and other marketing products or ideas
- Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, finance, and corporate affairs
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, using knowledge of products and technologies,
markets, and regulations.
- Conduct research on consumer opinions and buying habits, and identify target
- Manage equipment orders, logistics, tracking, reporting, auditing, supplying with parts)
- Controlling marketing budget
- Contracting, bidding with all marketing agencies
- POSM materials and premiums orders, development, production and distribution to regions
- Marketing department document flow control (SAP, Gflow, GIP and etc)
· Promotion Implementation
- Confer with department heads or staff to discuss topics such as contracts, selection of advertising
method, or product to be advertised
- Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts
- Plan and prepare promotional material to increase sales of products, working with partners,
company officials, sales departments, and advertising agencies.
- Inspect layouts and advertising materials, and edit copy and other promotional material for
adherence to specifications.
- Develop communications materials, advertisements, presentations, or public relations initiatives
to promote awareness of products
- Direct, motivate, and monitor the mobilization of a campaign team to advance campaign goals
- Provide presentation and product demonstration support during the introduction of new products
and services to field staff and partners
- Coordinate with marketing team members, designer, and other workers to develop and
implement specific marketing programs.
- Attend or participate in conferences, community events, and promotional events related to
products
- Track program budgets, actual expenses, and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign,
based on program objectives and industry norms
· Promotion Feedback
- Analyze marketing or sales trends to forecast future conditions.
- Analyze the effectiveness of marketing tactics or channels
- Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion
campaigns.
- Evaluate / modify methods and procedures for collecting data, such as surveys, opinion polls,
and questionnaires.
- Qualifications:
- Experience 1~5 years of Experience Related to FMCG industry as a consumer marketing staff
- Working experience in tobacco industry may be preferred
- Skills
- Language: Advanced English
- Competent Skills of MS Office and Analyzing Data
