• Analyze sales, margins, profitability, pricing, promotions, customer and category performance.
• Identify key reasons behind performance changes.
• Highlight risks and opportunities early.
• Help business teams understand what drives results.
• Participate in discussions with Commercial teams on business performance and future plans.
• Challenge assumptions behind forecasts, budgets, promotions, pricing decisions, and business initiatives.
• Support preparation of forecasts and budgets.
• Prepare scenarios and evaluate different business options.
• Use BI tools and available data to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Develop meaningful analyses and dashboards.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements.
• Work closely with Finance, Controlling, and BI teams.
• Ensure that reporting and analysis answer real business questions.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
• 3 years of experience in Commercial Controlling, Business Controlling, Sales Analysis, Category Management, Buying, Commercial Analytics, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, or Consumer Goods companies is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with BI tools.
