Client Relations Manager (English-speaking markets)

Company Overview:
We are an international consulting firm headquartered in Kazakhstan, working with clients across English-speaking markets. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a responsible and communicative Client Relations Manager to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via email and phone in English

• Provide ongoing support and consultation to existing clients

• Maintain client records using CRM tools and internal databases

• Ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries promptly

• Work towards achieving set performance metrics (KPIs)

Requirements:

• English language proficiency — C1 or higher (both written and spoken)

• Experience in communication with native English speakers (work, internships, education)

• Strong business communication and writing skills

• Confident user of PC, including Microsoft Excel

• Strong soft skills: empathy, adaptability, emotional intelligence, perseverance

What We Offer:

• Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

• Competitive salary: $1200 fixed base + performance bonuses
