Duties:
- Monthly (within the time frame established by the company's management) calculates financial and economic indicators in the GERP L3accounting system.
- Closing the period and generating financial statements on a monthly basis
- Verification of primary accounting documents submitted for payment based on advance reports of employees. Confirmation of AP approvals in the GERP system
- Quarterly preparation of reports for the formation n of the VAT return in the GTAX system
- Drawing up registers of expenses for Corporate Income Tax purposes
- Preparation and submission of statistical reports on a quarterly basis
- Preparation and submission of statistical reports on a quarterly basis to the National Bank
- Organizes the Company’s accounting work in order for internal/external users to obtain full and reliable information about its financial and business activities and financial situation
- Preparation and conducting the inventory of material assets and main assets via TAMS corporate system as of June 1st and December 1st each calendar year
- Organizes internal control over the correct execution of business transactions, compliance with the order of document flow
- Manages the implementation of an accounting information system in accordance with the requirements of accounting, tax, statistical and management accounting; ensures the provision of the necessary accounting information to internal and external users
- Organizes the work of accounting registers based on the use of modern information technology
- Provides timely and accurate records of business operations in the accounting document, assets movement, incomes and expenses, fulfillment of liabilities
- Monitors the procedure for the source accounting documents’ registration
- Provides timely transfer of taxes and fees to the budget, insurance premiums to the social funds
- Participates in the organization of external audit
- Ensures the safety of accounting documents and submitting them to the archive in accordance with established order
- Provides help on various matters to the employees of other divisions
- Timely passes the mandatory electronic training of the Company
- Performs the additional errands given by the Company management
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics
Languages: Russian, English
Work Experience: no less than 5 years in an executive position
Skills:
- “On accounting and financial reporting” legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Tax Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Currency legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Anti-corruption and commercial bribery legislation, the legalization (laundering) of crime proceeds and the financing of terrorism
- in the accounting document, assets movement, incomes and expenses, fulfillment of liabilities
- Monitors the procedure for the source accounting documents’ registration
- Provides timely transfer of taxes and fees to the budget, insurance premiums to the social funds
- Participates in the organization of external audit
- Ensures the safety of accounting documents and submitting them to the archive in accordance with established order
- Provides help on various matters to the employees of other divisions
- Timely passes the mandatory electronic training of the Company
- Performs the additional errands given by the Company management
- Keeps dress code standards (Smart casual)
- In his/her work, he/she shall be governed by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Company's Code of Ethics, internal regulations and other local normative acts of the employer.
