Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate the Change Enablement process within ITSM (based on ITIL 4 or the company's own methodology).
- Prepare a Change Impact Assessment: assess the impact of changes on processes, systems and employees.
- Build and implement communication plans, awareness and training programs.
- Interact with stakeholders (business customers, IT teams, support services, etc.).
- Management of risks and resistance to change.
- Development of metrics and reporting on the effectiveness of changes.
- Organization of CAB (Change Advisory Board)
- Support for the implementation of new IT solutions and changes in current functionality
- Adaptation of employees to new tools, systems and processes.
Detailed:
- Develop and execute change enablement strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
- Create detailed Change Enablement plans that include communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, training programs, and performance metrics.
- Act as a central point of contact for all production change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assess the impact of pproduction changes on business units and support the creation of effective solutions that address potential challenges.
- Communicate changes effectively across the organization, tailoring messages to different stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations to guide teams through the change enablement process.
- Track and report the progress of production change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, document, and implement streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize data-driven methodologies to assess process performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Implement best practices in process management to ensure continuous improvement and standardization.
- Provide training and support to teams to ensure they understand and adhere to optimized processes.
- Work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and department heads to ensure alignment of production change initiatives with strategic goals.
- Engage with employees at all levels to understand their needs, gather feedback, and foster a culture of openness and collaboration.
- Serve as a change enablement „advocate“ within the organization, promoting a positive mindset towards continuous improvement.
Eligibility requirements:
Education:
- Higher education in management, information technology, organizational development or related.
Experience:
- Experience in IT companies or digital projects from 3 years.
- Practical experience in change management, support for the implementation of new IT systems or processes.
- Experience in ITSM (preferably ITIL 4).
Professional competencies:
- Understanding of ITSM principles and Change Management processes in IT environment
- Project management skills, understanding of Agile/Scrum approaches.
- Experience in conducting Change Impact Assessment and developing change management plans.
- Skills in building communication strategies, preparing training and information materials.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Empathy, ability to work with resistance.
- Proactivity, systemic and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work in multitasking and with different stakeholders
- Stress Resistance
Desirable: - ITIL 3/ ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher.
- English proficiency at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate.
