What do we do?
Trade-In is a service through which customers at our partner stores can trade in their gadgets and receive a discount on the purchase of a new device or a certificate. Additionally, we have our own retail stores and an online shop.
Our partners include major electronics retailers, telecom operators, IT companies, and authorized Apple partners. Our partners in Kazakhstan include retail chains such as Sulpak, Mechta, Tehnodom, ISpace, Freedoom, Evrika, Alser, and others.
We are definitely on the right track if you:
- Proficiency in the English language at the Upper Intermediate (B2) level, enabling you to develop courses or conduct training sessions in English.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and delivering diverse training programs, with a strong focus on sales.
- Demonstrated initiative and readiness to address unconventional challenges, reflecting your problem-solving abilities.
- Mandatory additional education in the field of training and employee development (Training of Trainers) certification
- You know Power Point or another tool perfectly well and create great presentations
- Doing things in an ordinary way is not enough for you; you aspire to excel and have the ability to create training sessions that leave a lasting impact
- Skills in filming and editing will be advantageous.
Functions
- Development and implementation of training programs aligned with the Company's strategy, current needs, and employee skill gaps.
- Designing and conducting comprehensive and modular training programs, workshops, webinars, and digital training initiatives.
- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of conducted training events.
- Organizing post-training support for employees.
- Creating educational and instructional materials, video courses, etc.
- Crafting tests, questions, and case studies for assessing knowledge levels.
- Participating in the development, organization, and execution of projects related to employee training and development.
