Lead Trax Implementation Project, support futher development and geography expansion. Master Data Maintenance workflows in systems and other organizational & technical support.
How you will contribute

You will:

• Master data for TRAX collection, maintenance and uploading into the system on: Products and Brands, Stores, Routes, Users, Images;
• Involvement in process of Intgeration of Mondelez internal data sytems with TRAX;
• Project leading from Business side: ownership of detailed Project plan and align on deadlines with Trax Project Manager;
• Сonduct Project team meetings in Russian language and bring all insights from the team to weekly meetings with TRAX team;
• Fully understand Project Budget and Scope;
• Align on time and budget changes with Steering Committee;
• Manage forecast compilation process, which includes owning the short-term weekly plan and the long-term forecast (three or more months);
• Interact with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting;
• Participate and contribute to IBP process and manage the demand planning tool;
• Perform root-cause analysis for continuous plan improvement for key service issues, forecast error(s) and bias, and share output with appropriate leadership team;
• Track and trace correctness of KPIs calculation in TRAX system;
• For requests and issues reporting in TRAX system to conduct Jira training and report issues in Jira, raise Change Requests if required;
• Manage roles in TRAX system: provide accesses to New Roles, remove old ones.​​​​​
  What you will bring

• Higher education preferably Technical;

• Preferrable experience in Project Management;

• 2+ years in the field of technical support;

• Ability to work with large data sets, analytical mindset, goal oriented
  Excellent level of MS Office, in particular the possession of MS Excel / Power Point;
• Project Management Skills with examples of Projects leaded and participated;
• Support and creation of business and written communication;
• Self-organization;
• Russian - Advanced level, English - Advanced level;
• Communicative skills (ability to listen and clearly explain their point of view or other material);
