The Role:

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and self-motivated professionals to join our team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that offers continuous learning and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

• Find and engage new leads and talk on potential clients.

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, ensuring high service standards.

• Analyze client and partner needs and take appropriate actions based on individual needs.

• Promote the company’s products and services to existing and prospective clients.

• Offer business development ideas on market and results development to supervisors

• Stay up to date with the latest company offerings, promotions, and policies, and communicate these effectively to clients and partners

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales; experience in the financial services sector is a strong advantage.

• Native or fluent in Russian and Kazakh, preferably with excellent command of English (written and spoken).

• High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Results-driven, dynamic, and proactive.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
