 ✨ About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development / Account Manager who will actively grow our client base and partner network. Your mission is to identify and sign new partners, present the product, and ensure continuous support and account management. This role requires a proactive approach, strong sales skills, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
 -  Participate in creating and executing business development strategies
 -  Research market trends and identify expansion opportunities
 -  Generate and qualify B2B leads using LinkedIn, CRM, email, and social channels
 -  Build and maintain a strong client and partner pipeline
 -  Prepare and deliver commercial offers, demos, and product presentations
 -  Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
 -  Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, providing pre- and post-sales support
 -  Develop accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term retention initiatives
 -  Monitor partner performance, prepare reports, and ensure KPI delivery
 -  Collaborate with internal teams and support API/technical integrations
 
-  Proven B2B online sales experience with revenue and pipeline achievements
 -  Full-cycle sales ownership: from prospecting to account growth
 -  Strong presentation and negotiation skills, confident with senior stakeholders
 -  Experience with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management
 -  Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
 -  Self-starter with resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
 
-  Experience with partner ecosystems (resellers, affiliates, marketplaces)
 -  Knowledge of financial/data analysis (Excel/Sheets; SQL or BI tools a plus)
 -  Background in SaaS, telecom, fintech, or travel tech
 
-  English — B2+
 -  Russian — fluent/native
 -  Other languages are an advantage
