Efes Kazakhstan takes a leading position in the beer market of Kazakhstan. The company is a member of Efes Beer Group, which is a multinational group in the beverage industry specializing in the production and sale of beer and non-alcoholic beverages in Turkey, Eastern Europe and the CIS. Efes Kazakhstan owns two beer production plants in Almaty and Karaganda, as well as regional representative offices in Kazakhstan. We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vibrant vacancy of Assistant which requires responsibility, flexibility and adaptability to address real business challenges.
Responsibilities :
- To provide official workflow of the HR and Finance Department;
- Organizing and scheduling of working meetings and conference-calls;
- To support official document workflow;
- to accept documents to be signed by Directors;
- to prepare and/or control the preparation of all necessary documents for business trips for the Directors, Managers and guests of the department (reserve tickets and hotels, accomodation, flights, travel expences, advance reports);
- to prepare documents for visa;
- to reserve tickets and hotels for the Directors, Managers and guests of the department;
- to arrange and coordinate business meetings hosted by Directors, including collection of necessary documents, informing participants on time, date, venue and agenda, and taking minutes;
- to provide timely and quality monthly reports and reports on Directors request;
- to translate the documentation and letters from Russian into English and vice versa and also interpretation if it is needed during the meetings;
- to perform SAP requests and administration of documents processing system;

- Other duties by demand.
Requirements:
- work experience not less than 1 years a similar position
- higher education
- fluent English, knowledge of Kazakh is preferable
- advanced user of MS Office, Internet, office equipment
- knowledge of SAP is an advantage
- good communicational & analytical skills, multitasking skills
