Andersen, an international IT company, invites an experienced Android Developer to work on a large-scale project for one of our British customers.

The customer is a MACH-certified SaaS company, empowering retailers to create highly effective and fully-customized mobile native apps. Clients include global brands and retailers, such as Missguided, Belk, The Cotton On Group, PrettyLittleThing, Oasis, Warehouse, OKA and others.

The project is the development of web and mobile e-commerce solutions that are customized to create a stronger brand, sell more products, deepen customer loyalty and deliver highly relevant content.

Responsibilities:

• Developing new applications functionalities.
• Code refactoring, participating in code review.
• Debugging and testing the application.
• Designing interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX designers.
• Participating in making technical decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Must-haves:

• Commercial development experience in Android for 4+ years.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Kotlin.
• Experience with Android Studio, Android SDK and commonly used libraries.
• Experience with MVVM, MVP.
• Experience with RxJava, Koin, Retrofit and Dagger.
• Experience working closely with designers and the ability to see design.
• Understanding of software development cycle, Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• TDD/BDD experience.
• Experience with GitHub, understanding of the continuous integration process.
• Published apps in the Google Play Store.
• Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience creating applications for e-commerce.
