Position Overview:
Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Ambassador Engagement Manager to lead Cooking Chef brand ambassador strategy and operations on a country level.

This pivotal role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, empowering, and maintaining strong, impactful relationships with our brand ambassadors to amplify our brand presence, drive engagement and results.

The ideal candidate is a natural community builder with exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for fostering authentic connections. You will be the primary point of contact for our ambassadors, ensuring they are well-supported, motivated, and aligned with Cooking Chef values.

Key Responsibilities:

Ambassador Program Development:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive country-level brand ambassador strategy aligned with global guidelines and local market objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard a diverse group of highly engaged and influential brand ambassadors who resonate with project values.

- Implement engaging programs, initiatives, and campaigns for ambassadors to promote Cooking Chef effectively.

Relationship Management & Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all brand ambassadors, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual respect.

- Maintain regular, proactive communication with ambassadors through various channels (email, social media, calls, in-person meetings).

- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and training to ambassadors, equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed.
- Address ambassador inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

- Organize and host regular ambassador events, workshops, and recognition activities (online and offline).

Training and Content Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to develop compelling content briefs and guidelines for ambassadors.

- Share market insights with a team of ambassadors and inspire them with a new trends in content creation

- Ensure ambassador-generated content aligns with brand messaging, quality standards, and legal compliance.

- Facilitate ambassador participation in collaborative activities within the team of ambassadors and be sure they participate a co joint activities, including local market events/habits related to food preparation

Performance Monitoring:
- Track, analyze, and report on ambassador performance, engagement metrics, and campaign results.

- Identify top-performing ambassadors and develop strategies to further leverage their influence.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing ambassador programs and increasing ROI.

Operational Excellence:

- Manage all administrative aspects related to ambassador agreements, payments, and data management.
- Stay informed of industry best practices, emerging trends in influencer marketing, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing trends

- Ability to analyse data and translate insight into actionable plans

- Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

- Fluency in English is required.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Willingness to travel as needed.
