The AI Solutions & Workflow Designer plays a key role in building AI-driven workflows and automation solutions that enhance business processes. This role focuses on AI agent development, process automation, and selecting the right AI tools for each use case to improve efficiency, decision-making, and productivity.

Using no-code/low-code automation platforms and Python for prototyping, the AI Solutions & Workflow Designer develops AI-powered business solutions that optimize workflows and automate repetitive tasks. When full-scale IT development is required, this person collaborates with IT teams while ensuring the business functionality and performance of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Workflow & Process Automation

• Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows to enhance business efficiency.

• Identify the right AI tool for the right job, leveraging platforms such as SmolAgents, LangChain, n8n.io, Make.com, or Azure AI.

• Prototype, test, and refine AI-driven process automation using Python and other relevant tools.

AI Agent Development & Integration

• Build and deploy AI agents that automate decision-making and improve business processes.

• Leverage AI agent frameworks like SmolAgents, LangChain, and Azure AI to create autonomous workflows.

• Ensure AI agents operate effectively by optimizing prompts, data inputs, and automation logic.

Business-Centric AI Optimization

• Work closely with business teams to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure that AI-powered workflows align with business goals and drive measurable impact.

• Optimize AI model performance and workflow automation based on business needs.

Collaboration with IT & Business Stakeholders

• Partner with business teams to define AI-powered workflow solutions.

• Collaborate with IT teams when deeper system integration is required, ensuring AI solutions are functional and efficient for business users.

• Provide expertise in AI model optimization, prompt engineering, and automation strategies.

AI Automation Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor AI-driven workflows and automation performance, making improvements as needed.

• Optimize AI-powered processes based on real-world feedback and evolving business needs.

• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and trends to enhance workflow automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

AI & Workflow Automation Expertise

• Experience working with AI-driven automation tools such as SmolAgents, LangChain, n8n.io, Make.com, Azure AI, or Google AI Studio.

• Strong understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI-powered workflow automation.

• Ability to sеlесtand implement the right AI tools based on business requirements.

No-Code, Low-Code & Python Prototyping

• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms for AI-powered workflow automation.

• Python for prototyping and testing AI automation solutions.

• Strong communication skills for working with business teams and IT stakeholders.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in AI automation, AI agent development, or workflow optimization.

• Experience working with business and IT teams to implement automated solutions.

Tools & Technologies

AI & Automation Platforms:

• SmolAgents (SmolAI), LangChain, n8n.io, Make.com, Azure AI, Google AI Studio, OpenAI, and other AI automation tools.

Programming & Scripting:

• Python for AI agent prototyping and automation.

No-Code/Low-Code Automation & Integration:

• API integrations and AI-powered workflow automation tools.
