AI Effectiveness Group Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 AI Automation Engineers, 1 AI Coach, and 1 Junior Project Manager to achieve the group’s objectives;
• Develop and implement AI and automation strategies that align with business goals, ensuring that solutions enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall productivity;
• Oversee the performance of AI-driven initiatives, analyzing their impact and identifying areas for improvement;
• Collaborate with business leaders to define KPIs and other metrics to measure the effectiveness of AI applications in various departments;
• Work closely with IT, business units, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of AI and automation solutions into existing systems and processes;
• Provide regular reports on AI performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for optimization;
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for further AI improvements and efficiency gains;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding AI effectiveness, ensuring they are kept informed on progress, challenges, and results.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred;
• 5+ years of experience in AI, automation, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
• Strong background in AI, automation, and process optimization;
• Prior experience working in cross-functional teams and managing projects;
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a cross-functional team, including engineers and project managers;
• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, tools, and platforms, including automation solutions like Power Automate, RPA, and other AI-driven systems;
• Experience in applying AI to solve business challenges and optimize processes, with a solid understanding of the value AI brings to different departments;
• Proven experience in managing projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope;
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Experience in process improvement and optimization, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation;
• Familiarity with AI performance metrics and KPIs used to measure the success and impact of AI solutions;
• English – Fluent.

Tools:

• AI Tools: Experience with AI platforms such as TensorFlow, OpenAI, or similar;
• Automation Platforms: Power Automate, RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism), or other automation platforms;
• Project Management: Experience with tools like JIRA, Asana, or Trello for tracking and managing project progress;
• Collaboration Tools: Knowledge of collaboration tools like Confluence, Slack, or Teams for communication and documentation.
