My client is an international trading and logistics company with operational office in Dubai. They are looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to perform tasks related to day-to-day organizational support of Management and employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage business travels (flights, accommodations), solve issues with airlines, hotels etc.
- Provide assistance to Management in events participation (registering, communicating with organizers and other participants, arranging and facilitating meetings etc.)
- Prepare e-mail newsletters
- Maintain the company's business contacts database
- Perform other assignments from the Management and one-off tasks of administrative nature
Qualifications
- Accuracy, attention to detail, diligence
- Analytical mindset, ability to determine optimal organizational solutions (like cost-efficient travel arrangements etc.)
- Persistence, administrative creativity, ability to solve turnkey organizational problems
- English level C
