About the Program

Are you a student passionate about sports and eager to gain hands-on experience with a global leader in the industry? The Student Internship Program in Kazakhstan is designed for ambitious and motivated students who want to gain practical experience in a dynamic, professional environment. Interns will have the opportunity to support the team in daily operations, participate in projects, and interact with various business areas, including:

• Wholesale / Key Accounts
• Analytics
• Supply Chain
• Marketing
• Trading and Allocation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in on-site events and branded zone activations.
• Support daily administrative and operational tasks within the team.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and materials for internal projects.
• Participate in ongoing projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and supporting execution.
• Learn from mentors and team members to gain insight into business processes and best practices.

Key Requirements

• Current undergraduate or master’s student in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• Passion for sports and interest in the sports industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Upper-intermediate English (verbal and written).
• Proactive, reliable, flexible, and eager to learn.

• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: part-time or flexible hours to fit study commitments
• Location: adidas Kazakhstan office, Almaty, Dostyk Avenue 210
• Mentorship and learning opportunities throughout the program
• This is an unpaid internship, focused on gaining practical experience, networking, and career development
