operational improvements based on mathematical analysis of
productivity and the potential of the production value chain .

companies such as BCG, McKinsey, and Partners in Performance.

Achievements

• Led a project to increase the productivity of UMMC's underground
mine and achieved an increase of more than 40% in less than six
months through the implementation of both technical and
organizational ideas with a cumulative effect of more than US$25
millio n per year.

• As Vice President for Transformation of SSGPO JSC , I achieved
an increase in the implementation of the industrial enterprise’s
investment program by optimizing the investment process by 30%
and established a training center for the learning of problem solving
and Lean tools.

• At SSGPO JSC , I led the development and managed a portfolio of
operational improvement projects with a combined annual impact of
over $30 million.
