HR Specialist

o Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
o Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.
o Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
o Inform employees about additional benefits they are eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
o Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely and professional manner.
o Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
o Keep employee records up to date, such as attendance (sick days, vacation/holiday, leaves number of hours worked, tardiness)

o Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section.
o Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery orders
o Memorizing the menu and recommending appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock.
o Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customers issues promptly
o Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events.
o Ensuring cooking utensils and kitchen area are cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations
