Provide prompt academic, administrative and financial activities to support PDP Administration and coordination of the regularly scheduled open enrollment and corporate trainings.
Concluding contracts with students
Conclude contracts with services providers and faculty members for PDCP
Update of the PDCP information: monthly seminar schedule, seminar outlines
Develop newsletters to keep customers informed
Administer and coordinate training delivery
Prompt advance/original invoices developing to get paid
Accounting data base maintenance
Concluding "Acts of Services Rendered" for all faculty members including adjuncts and for all programs of PDCP and having them approved by KIMEP Top managers in compliance with Kazakhstan legislation
Maintain and monitor catering service quality to meet customer expectations
Develop and submit food/beverage expense report to the Accounting Office
Organizing tea/coffee for PDCP guests and visitors
Book conference halls, organize catering PDCP activities and programs
Organize business-trips (process business trip requests, book and issue tickets;, organize accommodation-hotel and transfers)
Ensure timely payments to service providers
Reconcile accounting records with service providers, close all post-payment accounting documentation (process acts of works/services acceptance, send copies to Contractors, clear with Accounting Department)
Gather study materials from the instructors, prepare master-copies, coordinate with the Publishing on duplication
Assistance with sorting out the applicants' files I students' portfolios
* Arrangement and book keeping of catering services for students studying at EEC
* Arrangement of logistic services for EEC's teachers in Astana and in other cities of Kazakhstan
* Collection, book keeping and preparation of accounting documents on catering/logistic services and hotel stay for submission to KIMEP accounting department;
* Preparation and book keeping of other accounting documents) class room rental, open day seminars, recruitment business trips) for KIMEP accounting department;
* Registration of students, control over conduct of seminars/modules
* Control over the payments t service providers, teachers' remuneration, class room rental, etc.
* Assistance in the organization of seminars/modules of EEC (IT support arrangement, work with cleaning staff, printing house etc.);
* Copying/scanning and storing the documentation of EEC;
* Delivery and distribution of letters and other documents;
* Execution of letters, applications, orders, requests;
* Management of internal business processes (registers, journals) at EEC;
* Weekly collection of accounting/book keeping documents from suppliers/service providers (invoices etc.)
* Arrangement of printing of educational materials/handouts and other documents;
