Lead the strategic internationalization and development of the university, focusing on building and maintaining long-term partnerships with global academic institutions. Oversee institutional agreements and manage the mobility programs for students, staff, and administrative personnel, both incoming and outgoing. Direct the university’s applications for scholarships and grants and handle the comprehensive management of institutional rankings, utilizing data analysis to inform decisions and drive improvements. Plan and execute events aligned with the university’s mission and vision, with a strong focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs).
In addition to these responsibilities, I manage a team of six people, including American colleagues, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient workflow. I am responsible for the planning and delivery of short educational programs, managing foreign worker
recruitment. I also oversee logistical arrangements for business trips for senior management, ensuring all operations run seamlessly.
